Have you read his newest book? It is quite wonderful.

This whole food question is so complex. There is so much we "turn over" to "how things work". Trying to fix things for ourselves is very complicated. Getting informed is complicated.

Really changing things requires political activism in the end...and it is hard to know what to do.

I worry I will find corn silk coming from my ears....and I try to avoid eating it (HFCS anyway).
