There is something about hot mugs of tea on a cold winter day. I read somewhere about this interesting experiment. It turns out that how you feel about someone changes depending on whether you are holding a hot or cold drink in your hand. Yeah, I wasn't buying it either, so performed an experiment, and held a hot mug of tea while I talked to someone who tends to annoy me. And guess what? I felt less annoyed and was able to be kinder. Try it for yourself and let me know if you get similar results.
